The distinction of "Commitment to Quality Tourism" credits and acknowledges the effort made by those businesses who are working to improve, and who meet the minimum requirements set out in the tourist quality service guidelines.
This distinction is awarded by the Instituto de Turismo de España (TURESPAÑA) y the Federación de Municipios y Provincias (FEMP) through the Sistema Integral de Calidad Turística en Destino (SICTED),
whose goal is the improve the quality of its holiday resorts, in order to achieve ever greater experience and satisfaction for its clients. This system has now been implanted

NATURACANARIA Alojamientos rurales S.L. with CIF : B 76158211 is a leading enterprise established in Gran Canaria devoted to Rural Tourism.Our aim is to offer our clients good quality and service in our rural houses , these are selected so that they fulfil legal and quality duties within the legal framework of our community.
2. Price
The price of the accommodation will be per night of occupation. The costs of water, electricity, gas/gasoil, sheets and towels are included in the price. One of the prices shown on the website take into account the 7% lgic (Indirect Canarian General Tax). The rural houses are generally rented by the week (minimum).
3. Reservations
At the time of making the reservation the client must deposit 50% of the amount of the rental requested; the reservation will not be considered as firm until the said deposit has been made. The remaining balance must be paid on the arrival or you 'll transfer the money to our Bank account .
Once the 50% has been deposited and the reservation has been confirmed by our interprise , the reservation will be considered to be firm and the costs of any cancellation will be applied
4. Arrivals
The accommodation will begin, unless agreed to the contrary, at 16:00 hours on the first day of the period contracted and will end at 12:00 hours on the day set as the departure date. In all cases the client must notify us of the arrival time and number of flight in order to avoid unnecessary inconvenience or waiting time to the key-holder.
5. Cancellation
The client can cancel his booking at any time before the beginning of his stay. This must be made in writing (email, fax or letter). In the case of cancellation of the booking, cancellation fees will apply, the amount of which depends on the delay of notice of cancellation given.
- 25% of the costs when the cancellation is made more than 15 days before the arrival date.
- 50% of the costs when the cancellation is made between 15 and 8 days before the arrival date.
- 75% of the costs when the cancellation is made between 7 and 5 days before the arrival date.
- 100% of the costs when the cancellation is made 4 or less days before the arrival date.
NATURACANARIA Alojamientos rurales can cancel a booking for reasons outside its control or of « force majeure », it should offer alternative accommodation similar to that booked, or reimburse the client the total amount of the deposit paid.
6. Cooperation and changes
The client agrees to use the premises correctly and all equipment belonging to the premises and to communicate any possible damage that he has caused during his stay, under an obligation to restore everything. Use of the facilities is limited to persons staying in the rural house. It is forbidden to invite or receive any persons not included in the reservation. The defects that the client may find in the rented property must be communicated to our interprise as soon as possible and always during the stay. We will solve any fault or defect within a short period of time and will even change the property if this is deemed appropriate, provided that the causes given are seen to be true. All claims made after vacating the property cannot be considered, on lacking the essential criteria to be able to deal with the claim.
NATURACANARIA Alojamientos rurales will substitute the reserved property for another alternative of similar characteristics and location, in the case that this is owing to circumstances beyond the control of the organisation. In the case that the client does not accept the alternative offered, the organisation will refund to the client the amounts paid.
Covid-19... y nueva normalidad
Hemos aprovechado esta etapa hacia la nueva “normalidad” para mejorar algunas casas o Finca.
Por ejemplo, el nuevo acceso privado a la Finca Naturacanaria con un camino
hormigonado de unos 300 metros , así como hemos embellecido las zonas comunes como son el parking y la amplia piscina con solárium y a algunas terrazas le hemos puesto pérgolas .Apostando por la mejora ya que estamos certificados con la marca "Compromiso de calidad ".
Igualmente se ha puesto aireacondicionado para el verano a la casa Hoya de Tunte.
Hasta octubre de 2021 nuestros huéspedes serán en una gran mayoría
visitantes locales tanto para escapadas rurales (3-6 noches) como en el
verano mínimo 5-7 noches.
Este año hemos permitido 2-3 noches de fin de semana para el mismo mes que
se reserva , así como hemos publicado ofertas para reservas de lunes a
jueves incluido. Reservas superiores a 4 noches se confirman sobre la
marcha si hay disponiblidad.
Estamos operativos por whassaApp en el teléfono 628016748 desde las 9 hasta
las 21 hora de la noche , por si desea información o confirmar una reserva.
Mantenemos nuestra politica de cancelación y en caso de fuerza mayor
justificada realizamos la devolución del anticipo o un Bono–Vale.
Hemos elaborado un protocolo de buenas prácticas de actuación y medidas
preventivas ante el COVID-19. Esta expuesto en cada casa y actualmente estamos adheridos a través del SICTED a la distinción COVID-19
En el se recuerda la importancia de mantener la distancia social de 1’5 - 2
metros, asi como las medidas higiénicas a fin de prevenir contagios como el
uso de mascarillas cuando contacten con otros huéspedes o emplead@s.
En el se explica el protocolo de limpieza y desinfección que realizamos, y también como hacemos el check-in (la entrega de llaves), y el check-out (la salida).
Además, los establecimientos en Finca Naturacanaria han superado la evaluación de las Buenas prácticas avanzadas SICTED para la reducción del riesgo de contagio por coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 en el sector turístico y, como tal,
hemos recibido el sello distintivo, que puedes ver aquí.
Estaremos pendiente de las restricciones que indiquen en cada momento el Gobierno en cada nivel de alerta adaptando las mesas en exteriores según indique la normativa, así como las hamacas en el área privada de cada cliente.
Esperamos que poco a poco consigamos esa normalidad que tanto deseamos.
